In my experience the app runs in a browser and can be very slow. Several times it has crashed halfway through when I was filling out a form because of bandwidth problems and since many fields are mandatory the work I had done wasn't saved. There's no way to work offline and then sync changes later.

For me the overall user experience falls short. Navigation is barely usable, links won't open in new tabs and using the browser back button sometimes crashes the whole application. Since it's relatively new I've found it's lacking a few important LMS features you might expect which can be frustrating. That said anyone who adopts an LMS early needs to understand there's a growth curve and that the platform naturally scales over time.
