“Convenient tracking
Pros
Tracking time and projects is so convenient and I actually find the built-in HR and payroll features genuinely useful. Having everything in one place just makes managing the team that much simpler.
Cons
The platform did have a fairly steep learning curve but we brought in outside system integrators right away to help smooth the transition.

Keeping my HR profile organized is simple and I find the follow-up process after hiring easy and easy to navigate.
Cons
Recently my company added a time management feature to the platform and I've found it frustrating to use, it isn't convenient, it doesn't tally hours accurately and it's really awkward trying to manage time when there's a strict no-overtime rule.

Value for money is excellent and I find integration with payroll providers feasible and the support team outstanding.

I've found its customization options are fairly limited and it still depends on a maker-checker approach rather than offering a full end-to-end workflow.

“Slow and crash-prone tool
Pros
Customizing the software is simple and I find it supports a wide range of transactions from expense reporting to HR queries.
Cons
In my experience the app runs in a browser and can be very slow. Several times it has crashed halfway through when I was filling out a form because of bandwidth problems and since many fields are mandatory the work I had done wasn't saved. There's no way to work offline and then sync changes later.

Pros
Using this software is frustrating and I find it made processes more confusing rather than easy.
Cons
For me everything was a problem because the system clearly wasn't designed with actual end users in mind, there was no meaningful collaboration with stakeholders and the training they provided was chaotic and utterly ineffective.

The web clock and timecard tools are practical and I find them decent enough for digitizing timesheet workflows.
Cons
For me the overall user experience falls short. Frequently used functions should be more prominent or have a bookmark, yet even the basic clock-in option is buried so I have to scroll all the way to the bottom every single time to locate it. The clock-in process itself takes about two minutes which feels excessive and could be significantly shortened.

This platform is very user-friendly and I find the clean, minimal interface makes navigation easy while simplifying onboarding, performance evaluations, benefits management and time tracking.

Cons
To be honest the user interface confused me at nearly every turn, it feels like no real users were involved in testing the flow. Even punching in a time card has been baffling and unnecessarily complicated for me.

No particular feature stands out and I find it difficult to identify anything I truly appreciate.
Cons
Navigation is barely usable, links won't open in new tabs and using the browser back button sometimes crashes the whole application. The breadcrumb is confusing so I never really know where it will take me. There's no easy way to view or edit the important details I need. When I want to pull up information for the whole team, I end up having to open each person separately instead of being able to glance at basic, relevant data like absences and working hours all at once. The system feels slow, riddled with bugs and extremely unfriendly to use, the controls and workflows ignore modern UX/UI conventions making it feel like a deliberately hostile software design.

The interface is clean and user-friendly and I find essential HR modules well covered making hiring workflows faster and record-keeping centralized.
Cons
In my experience the Payroll and Benefits modules could be stronger and the search tools need refinement to be more reliable. I've also found the mobile responsive UI sometimes lags so it would help if they improved performance to cut down on delays.

Pros
Being cloud-based is convenient and I find the interface increasingly easy to navigate with good customization options.
Cons
Every time they roll out quarterly updates anything that's not the default tends to stop working and I have to run long update tests before I can push a new release into production. Those tests eat up huge amounts of time, cause systems to fail and make the whole process costly and really frustrating.
