“Easy navigation and cloud transition
Pros
I've found the system extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate throughout all modules and the transition from enterprise resource planning into the cloud was excellent.
Cons
For me the compensation and core human resources modules as well as the business intelligence reporting tools lack good reporting capabilities.

My team and I find the software's functionality really strong and it helps us turn processes into aligned workflows across the entire organization and team.
Cons
We still can't customize it to meet some of our business process requirements yet but we're working on getting those changes implemented.

It provides a broad set of features and functions, an integrated, complete vision and for me it's easy to use with native GL integration for this tool.
Cons
For our team the interface feels weak in the forms and reports and I also find the pricing very high especially here in Egypt.

“combined LMS and HR solution
Pros
Over time I've seen this tool evolve toward serving both LMS and HR markets. For me it's a great combined solution, a two-in-one option for any organization hunting for a fresh HRM platform that can also serve as an LMS. I'd suggest this for medium-sized teams who already know this product and trust its platform because the move feels easy and should be simple for both you and your staff to adapt to.
Cons
Since it's relatively new I've found it's lacking a few important LMS features you might expect which can be frustrating. That said anyone who adopts an LMS early needs to understand there's a growth curve and that the platform naturally scales over time. While the missing functionality felt like a drawback at first, I've noticed the company keeps refining and improving the system continuously to better support training and development needs.

“tough system with missing features
Pros
I'm thankful for the excellent customer community that helps out. I honestly don't know what I'd do without them because the platform itself is far from convenient to use.
Cons
Managing the system feels overly tough and I find that many core features that come standard in other platforms simply aren't offered here.
