“Gamification that keeps teams engaged”

Pros

The gamification really makes this platform stand out. It feels engaging and approachable especially for engineers and people in tech. On the admin side, setup and daily use are very simple which saves a ton of time and effort.

Cons

Nothing specific comes to mind. That said there's still room to improve the reporting side and adding more there would bring even more value to the product overall.

Pros

For our team evaluating candidates remotely is a big advantage. It's also the only Greek tool we've used that measures soft skills through a game which makes the recruitment experience much more enjoyable for candidates.

Cons

Overall environment can feel a bit unpleasant for people who aren't familiar with PC games mainly because of the monsters and the color choices. The hero selection part could also be clearer: the descriptions and traits of each hero aren't very visible when users first enter the platform and it's not obvious whether answers should reflect the chosen hero's perspective or the user's own opinion.

Right from the start the game pulls you in and gets you genuinely invested in the storyline which makes the whole assessment process feel enjoyable instead of stressful or dull. The detailed results and profiles also offer clear guidance and practical advice on how to improve weaker areas. Overall it's an excellent piece of software.

Cons

There wasn't really anything I disliked.
