Managing benefits can be tricky since it's tough to get clear details and we cannot onboard employees directly through GOSI or health insurance platforms from here.

Pros

The platform is so user friendly as it almost feels like we are using social media which makes it really easy to pick up quickly.

Cons

In my opinion the mobile app really needs improvements as it is missing key features like reminders for important document expirations and it could definitely use better integration with tools like Google Calendar and Drive.

“Clean layout and great tools

My favorite parts are the clean layout, all the helpful tools, being able to easily see who's off each day and how simple it is to set and track goals.

Cons

We wish we had more flexibility to customize parts of the system to match our companys specific processes especially when it comes to employee performance reviews.

It is both easy to use and packed with features. Plus it fully meets all the local compliance requirements here in Saudi Arabia.

Well it is hard to find anything negative to say since they are always open to feedback and really listen to what users have to say.
