Clean layout and great tools

Pros

My favorite parts are the clean layout, all the helpful tools, being able to easily see who's off each day and how simple it is to set and track goals.

Cons

We wish we had more flexibility to customize parts of the system to match our companys specific processes especially when it comes to employee performance reviews.
