simple to handle

Pros

I find the platform very easy to use since it keeps all the necessary data online and the team is available to provide support quickly.

Cons

For my workflow I'd like to see all open invoices consolidated in one place.

Quick responses

Pros

I'm impressed by how quickly they respond and I find them very compliant with international regulations. They also know exactly how to coordinate with in-country partners, are easy to approach and feel consistently reliable.

Cons

Honestly I wish they offered more locations because their coverage is limited and I'd like to see them expand into additional Middle East markets.

Decent tool

Pros

It's not bad at all. I would say that I find it very similar to several other tools I've used previously.

Cons

I do miss having the option to try a free trial with this kind of software before committing to it.
