Customer Services needs a lot of improvement
Pros

Unfortunately, I had high hopes when starting with Papaya, but the customer service rapidly declined after the initial setup. We only used the payroll function for four months before switching back to our previous vendor.

Cons

Their customer service is extremely lacking. Additionally, dealing with different time zones posed a problem. We're located in the US, managing payroll for employees in Korea, and our assigned customer service representative was in Australia.
