Pros
Something that really stands out in it is its tightly connected employee lifecycle management module and the way workflows are automatically linked together. It does a very good job of removing silos across different HR stages by treating onboarding, performance management and offboarding as part of one connected process instead of separate tasks. I'm especially impressed that the system can trigger the next related actions automatically such as assigning induction training plans or updating organizational structures without needing people to coordinate everything manually. That helps prevent missed steps and significantly reduces the amount of cross department communication required. I also appreciate the Employee Self Service portal which is clean and user friendly. It gives employees more control over their own HR tasks like checking and downloading pay stubs or submitting leave requests and that reduces routine HR questions while adding more transparency and convenience.
Cons
A frustrating part of using this platform is its limited compatibility with less common business tools and the clunky process of syncing data. While it connects well with mainstream platforms it struggles when it comes to niche or industry specific systems that our teams rely on. That creates real friction in daily operations. For example the project management tool used by our R&D department does not integrate with this solution so we end up spending around 8 to 10 hours every month manually exporting and importing information. Besides taking extra time that also increases the chance of mistakes. On top of that when employee job titles are updated in it, those changes do not sync to our internal employee directory which leads to inconsistencies across systems. I'd really like to see broader integration support in the future ideally through something like an open API.

Pros
One of the biggest strengths of the platform is how effective it makes the recruitment process. It's been incredibly valuable in making hiring more organized and manageable.
Cons
It keeps improving over time with new features being added steadily which shows the product is continuing to evolve.

“Visually appealing flexible HR solution”
Pros
Using this platform, I find it visually appealing, simple and eye-catching. It covers a wide range of HR functions, from time tracking to custom reports. I really like the multiple options for clocking in and out. It feels fast and flexible and I appreciate that it also has a mobile app. Continuous updates keep improving the platform and the customer support has been responsive and helpful for me.
