The portal is super easy to use and the staff is always helpful and responds to emails in a timely manner.

NO CONS RIGHT NOW! I seriously have nothing but good things to say about them and the level of service I've gotten.

“easy setup with responsive support

Pros

Its just easy to use and makes the whole process easy. Managing employees, handling tax calculations and setting up direct deposits are all simple. Customer support is quick and helpful and for a small business, it's a really good value.

Cons

The only thing I have run into are a few minor bugs here and there. Sometimes updates lag a bit or a page loads slowly which can be annoying but nothing major.

“Cost effective smooth payroll

Pros

I love that it's a cost-effective service for my small business. Every time I have reached out to customer service, they have been super easy to deal with and respond really fast. Running payroll takes no time at all. I also really love the time card feature with the geolocation option.

Cons

I honestly can't think of a single thing. I use the full-service payroll and it's been smooth sailing the whole time.

“Accurate reports with top-notch support

Pros

It's so user-friendly. I can pull reports instantly and they are always accurate. I almost never have issues with the software and customer support is always there if I need them. We get excellent support, plain and simple.

Cons

It's missing a spot to enter an employee's job title or to keep a history of their salary increases and decreases over time.

“Budget-friendly tool

Pros

Our small church uses itl and it's been a wonderful experience. It's saved us a ton of precious budget money, plus it was really easy for our Finance person to learn. Our employees love having their own portal to see their info and update their withholdings or direct deposit. It works great for both our salaried staff and our hourly preschool teachers. Onboarding is quick and easy too, with links to send employees so they can fill out their own paperwork.

Cons

The one thing that's missing for us is a simple visual cue like a checkbox or an icon, that says "Payroll is Complete." Since one person enters the hours and another logs in to approve, it would be a great way to confirm everything is finished.

Pros

Working with the team at Patriot has been a wonderful experience. They are responsive and always available when I call.

Cons

Making changes to payroll is more challenging compared to my previous service.
