Pros
Getting started with it was pretty easy. We only had to set up our company's time, attendance and leave policies and it began working right away. It does a solid job of keeping all time related data secure and the simple monthly and one time payment choices make it more accessible too.
Cons
The downside is that it doesn't support any mobile platforms whether that's iOS android, Windows Phone or BlackBerry.
