The software is very user friendly.

Cons

A few parts aren't always as clear as they could be. For example, with vacation pay, when paying everything out it shows a zero which can be pretty confusing the first time you run into it.

Once everything is set up, navigating the system and processing payroll is easy.

Cons

There are still a few quirks and handling anything beyond regular earnings can take some awkward navigation.

This software is pretty easy to use especially for anyone who is just launching a business. It also comes with a wide range of useful reports that really help with keeping track of things.

Cons

Only downside, in my opinion, is the part where you have to close out a month while generating payroll. That section can be a bit confusing and it separates the source deduction amounts by each pay period instead of by month. Since we pay monthly, it would be much more useful if the total deductions for the 2 or 3 pay periods were combined into one amount for submission.

Getting started with it was very easy and the overall interface is really easy to use.

Cons

I haven't run into any issues so far.

Pros

Having full control over our payroll has been a big plus and the vacation tracking is really helpful too.

Cons

Reporting still needs some work. A few reports are only available in PDF and every report should really be downloadable in Excel.
