Flexibility at its best

Pros

This software is very helpful for managing human resources. For instance it's very easy to check employee payrolls and all other features have been optimized as well. In short it offers great flexibility for our company.

Cons

For new users it might seem a bit complicated at first but once we start exploring and figuring out how it works, it's easy to manage.

meets all HR and finance needs reliably

Pros

All our HR, finance and staffing needs are fully met. The whole process is organized, the interface is user friendly and the support team has been there for us the entire time. The timekeeping systems today are both reliable and accurate, giving employees a better understanding of their company and career growth opportunities.

Cons

This system is a big leap forward in digital HR operations. However it takes a lot of time and effort to fully grasp how it works. Everyone learns differently but I found it really helpful to have someone to talk through important topics like payroll and evaluations with.

secure and effective

Pros

It has a wide range of features and keeps all the necessary data stored securely. And once we are shown the basics, I find it pretty easy to use.

Cons

Well it is not the most user friendly system and the training videos were not very helpful for me.

perfect for time tracking

Pros

We have automated processes like hiring and benefits requests making time tracking more accurate and consistent. Now the company's structure is clearer and employees can easily see available opportunities and what the next steps in their careers are.

Cons

The API setup is costly but the custom reporting has helped us avoid that expense for now.

Offer excellent service

Pros

Everything about this company is top-notch. From the software to the service, this is by far the best payroll and HR solution we have ever worked with.

Cons

The time zone on the West Coast is a bit of a challenge. And it would be much more convenient to have support available for those of us in the East and Central Standard Time zones.

worth the investment

Pros

The implementation and service model are the best I have ever come across. The system is also powerful and highly configurable allowing it to be customized to fit specific business processes. It's definitely worth the investment, considering both the software and the excellent service. I cannot believe we waited so long to switch from the big competitors.

Cons

Currently they only support payroll in the U.S. They have mentioned they are working on a Canadian version but it's not available yet. If you run a multinational business, depending on how you organize it, this might not be the best choice. Sometimes the sheer amount of configuration options can feel overwhelming. They do a great job explaining things and setting it up for you but there were moments when we felt unsure about which direction to take.
