Pros

The AI powered CV screening saves me a lot of time in shortlisting qualified candidates. It's incredibly accurate and fast. Additionally, the integrated leave management features drastically reduce manual work.

Cons

There's a slight learning curve in customizing reports for me but the support team is quick and really helpful which makes the process smoother.
