“Solid Payroll Solution Overall

Pros

I find the system very interactive and it worked well whether I was managing things as an admin or just using it as a regular employee. What I loved most were the dashboards being able to log in and instantly see whose birthdays or work anniversaries were coming up really helped me stay connected with the team.

Cons

It felt kind of outdated when I used it and really needed some updates. From what I've heard, they've been working on improvements to stay on par with market standards, so I'm guessing the issues I ran into have probably been fixed by now.

“Simple and user friendly interface

Pros

The interface is user friendly and well organized. It's so felxible even for people who aren't great with computers. Honestly, this has been the best payroll and time management solution I've worked with.

Cons

To be honest, nothing really bothers me about this system. It works pretty well for what I need.

Pros

UI looks really clean and going through it feels natural. I love being able to bookmark frequently used links and it's a great shortcut that saves me so much time.

Cons

I still haven't figured out how to save my frequently used reports. That's really the only thing that's not simple about the system for me.

It's so easy to track my vacation requests and see how many hours I have left. Starting and ending work shifts is also simple.

Cons

It gets frustrating when I'm constantly getting logged out. I know it's for security reasons but the timeout feels way too short.

This is way easier to use than other options I've tried and the results are always spot on. Overall, it's been great to work with.

Cons

I can't really find anything wrong with it. It works well and stays up to date with updates.

It has really streamlined tax filing across our entire workforce whether they're employees, contractors, full time or part time staff. It's been a huge help.

Cons

Nothing really stood out as problematic for me with this software.

“Simple and Well Received by Everyone

Pros

The calendar is so easy to read and the time off process is easy, you can't mess it up! You get leader approval before you can even enter your dates which is smart. Once everything's approved, you get an email confirmation right to your work inbox and another one when your manager makes the final decision. The whole interface is really clean and simple to use, there aren't a million buttons everywhere, so it's hard to get lost.

Cons

The only hiccup we see is that employees sometimes accidentally put in time off requests for 2 days when they meant 1 day. But once you explain it to them, they catch on quick. Other than that minor issue, I honestly can't think of anything negative about our experience.

“Best tool with outstanding customer service

Pros

It's user friendly and easy to use. Having everything bundled together, ROEs, T4s and statutory remittances, saves us so much time especially for our busy payroll team. The customer service team really knows their stuff and is always ready to help. Plus, the enhanced security features give me peace of mind and the pricing is pretty reasonable for all you get.

Cons

One thing I'd like to change is making the earnings report view a bit clearer with the new CEWS system.

I love how simple the T4 and ROE features are. Customer service has always been quick to respond whenever I've reached out for help.

Cons

I can't think of anything negative to say about this one.

Pros

It's really simple to use and pick up quickly. Creating schedules is also very easy and keeping everything organized has been easy.

Cons

Sometimes the connection feels a little sluggish even when my internet is running fine for everything else. I also had to reset my password twice since it didn't save properly the first time.

Pros

The interface is super friendly and looks great. Everything flows so smoothly when I'm processing tasks which makes my daily workflow way more efficient.

Cons

There really isn't much to complain about, everything works well.
