Pros
I'm really impressed with how user friendly this platform is. The project management and expense tracking features work smoothly together and the employee database is incredibly comprehensive. What I love most is the secure document storage, it keeps everything organized perfectly. The time off requests are so simple to submit and the reporting gives me exactly what I need. Email integration was surprisingly simple to set up. The payroll system has made reimbursements much smoother for our team and employees appreciate having their own self service portal. The recruitment tools are solid and new hire onboarding happens quickly without any hiccups.
Cons
The pricing feels pretty steep when you compare it to other options out there which is honestly my main gripe with an otherwise solid platform.

“Excellent tool for business operations
Pros
I really appreciate how easy it is to handle employee reviews and upload documents. Being able to access everything from anywhere is a huge plus for me.
Cons
The mobile experience could definitely be better. I find it pretty difficult to use it on my iPhone even though I often need to check things when I'm away from my desk. Most of the time I just wait until I can get back to my laptop to use it properly.
