well integrated and affordable

Pros

This system is very easy to use. Unlike others it does not come in modules as everything such as HRIS, Payroll, Time and Attendance is integrated into one system. Updates happen instantly and all the key reports are readily available. Also it is very affordable, priced at half the cost of many competitors.

Cons

Because the system is all in one, you cannot purchase a more advanced module if you are looking to scale your organization. I even noticed they also don't offer much in terms of hands-on support after the conversion.

Thorough reporting but outdated interface

Pros

The help file is thorough and they offer a helpful question mark feature that provides assistance on specific fields or shows you the backend field name for reporting. You can report on or export any data. With quick access to accurate field names, along with reporting and export tools gathering the necessary data is also easy. Plus I like that local installations are also supported.

Cons

Well the interface looks outdated. And there is no employee portal for accessing pay stubs, checking PTO or using other self-service HR features. It seems like they plan to completely overhaul the product in the coming years.
