Pros
I mostly use this for job postings and confidential reference letters and it has totally transformed our recruiting process. The automation features save us so much time. Finding employee records is quick, just a few clicks and I'm there. Plus, when I pair it with other tools, the analytics and performance tracking features are great, giving us solid insights into our team's productivity. The rewards management feature is a nice bonus for recognizing top performers.
Cons
While it's mostly built for school HR management, it's still changed how we handle our operations overall. It's definitely been useful in more ways than we expected.

It speeds up our hiring process, especially since we're a large organization. The built-in tools make customizing job postings, routing descriptions through approval workflows and managing applications really easy.
Cons
The back-end can be really frustrating. As part of the hiring committee, I've found that accessing certain features involves clicking through a specific sequence of windows that just doesn't make sense. The user interface isn't the easiest to work with either and it takes a while to figure out how everything works.
