“Everything you need in one HR platform
Pros
I really like the clean design, how easy it is to use and how many features and integration options it comes with. Everything feels smooth and user friendly.
Cons
The price is high and I feel like I'm missing some of the features I used to have in Bob.

Pros
What I really appreciate is the ability to make custom policies and apply them to different groups in the company. It keeps all our HR data in one spot and lets me pull quick stats which is useful as a manager.
Cons
So far, I haven't come across anything serious. Everything's been working pretty well.

“Love using this, my team does too
Pros
When I was searching for a new HRMS, I wanted something flexible that would adapt to my team's needs, not force us into a rigid system. I was blown away by how much I could customize with peopleforce.io. I could set up access rights, automate workflows, build custom leave policies, tweak our recruitment steps and even tailor performance reviews exactly how we needed. Sure, setting things up takes a bit of time at first but once you get the hang of it, it's super quick. The UI is really interactive, so new users get comfortable fast. Plus, I love the support team and they actually listen to feedback and make improvements. Also, I really appreciate the Slack integration and the plenty of reporting options.
Cons
There's always room to improve and I regularly share feedback with support. I can see the team working on things which is great. Nothing major bothering me right now. I just wish the Slack integration had more features and I'm definitely looking forward to future updates there.

Pros
The product's easy to use. We just started using it and while we've had questions pop up, the support team has always explained everything clearly. It's helped us implement GDPR in our company too. I especially like how simple it is to request vacation or days off and it's cool that we have the option to build a career site.
Cons
We're waiting on a feature that lets us create individual development plans for employees. Also, we'd really like a more detailed onboarding process, ours lasts three months and during that time, managers and supervisors give feedback and evaluations which we'd like to track better in the system.

“Totally love this tool
Pros
It has a really friendly, easy-to-understand interface. Setup was smooth and using it daily has been no problem. Support is great and the pricing's fair. Our whole team made the switch smoothly without any trouble.
Cons
Nothing major. Some features are missing, but we've sent our requests to support and hopefully they'll add them in the future. Overall, it's working well for us.

Pros
I'm a fan of the onboarding checklist, vacation policy features and the dashboard for surveys. They've made our HR tasks so much easier.
Cons
There are a few things I can't do that I wish I could, I can't rename skill levels or their descriptions. I can't create different forms for managers (only for recruiting stuff). For example dismissal requests, training requests, IT requests. I can't assign tasks to a whole team at once, only one person at a time. The 1-on-1 calendar doesn't sync with Outlook. After 1-on-1s, there's no option to create a proper form for HR with useful insights like risk level or team influence, it's just basic notes. I'd love more structure here.

“Appreciate all the help
Pros
It saves me so much time, no more manually tracking vacations, sick days or remembering company holidays. It also helps keep us on track with goals and productivity.
Cons
The features we actually use are working fine, no issues there. There are still some modules we haven't touched yet though.

“My workflow's way smoother thanks to PeopleForce
Pros
I love how simple it is for both me and the team to apply for leave or track time off. Even if you're totally new to the platform, it doesn't take long at all to get up and running.
Cons
I'd like to see more features in the app. It'd be awesome to have a detailed birthday calendar too and just a nice touch that would make it feel more complete.

“Amazing customer support
Pros
For me, it's all about recruitment, HR management and the awesome support team. Those have really stood out.
Cons
I'd love to see more stats and the ability to create reports with charts and graphs. Also, it's kind of a pain that I have to go into the candidate's profile just to change the staging. I really wish the dev team was more open to suggestions, they usually just say "no" and don't plan on making changes.

The document signing feature worked great for us. Integration went smoothly too which was a big win.

It would be really helpful to get alerts for expired documents. That's something I feel is missing right now.

“Hoping for more good work ahead
Pros
The interface is clean and simple, so it's easy to get our team on board with it. I love how it works with Slack and we didn't have to make extra communication channels. It has tons of useful reports already built in, plus an API. Onboarding and offboarding are handled as step-by-step tasks which makes sure no one misses anything. And being able to connect to major job boards to automatically pull in resumes? Super handy. Their support team is also really responsive. Oh and the task feature has a lot of potential too.
Cons
For onboarding and offboarding, they really need to improve how tasks and user roles are assigned. The setup process feels hard.
