“Major support issues and lack of integrations
Pros
The customization options are good. Being able to build your own forms, set up process flows and configure permission levels really shows how capable this system can be.
Cons
Customer support is really lacking. You're basically left to figure everything out yourself when trying to use the system. There are hardly any integrations with other software and it seems like they've stopped making updates or improvements altogether.

This platform has become essential for my daily workflow. I can easily track my active goals and 1-on-1 meetings with team members, plus see how everyone collaborates toward shared objectives. The onboarding feature is a real time-saver for my transformation project. I just share the onboarding pack with new hires and the system handles everything while letting me monitor their progress through training.
Cons
I can't think of anything negative right now, though I'm hoping the team keeps adding exciting new features like that parallel feedback function they just released.

I've completely transformed how we handle HR with this platform. It let me create custom modules for onboarding, performance tracking, engagement and employee development. What really impressed me was being able to fine-tune each process based on actual feedback from our team members.
Cons
It is quite complicated to get started with. Took me a while to figure out how it all works. Once you get the hang of the basics though, you realize there's alot of power under the hood. We ended up needing extra training sessions with our team to really get everyone up to speed.

Cons
Managing projects becomes tricky when you have multiple project managers involved, there's often confusion about who's handling what and coordination gets messy.

Its powerful functionality really stands out to me. Their new app store works as a command center where different teams across the company can discover and build solutions adjusted to their specific needs, all while keeping access to broader company processes like onboarding and surveys.
Cons
The massive amount of features can feel pretty overwhelming when you first start using it. I'd suggest rolling out just three or four apps initially so your team doesn't get swamped trying to learn everything at once.

I really appreciate how this platform helped boost our team's performance by spotting top performers and spreading their best practices around. The goals and feedback features are great to work with and we just started using the engagement surveys, when you combine those with 360 feedback, the insights you get are incredible.
Cons
The only thing I can think of is wanting more customization options for the well-being surveys we send out.

Cons

The performance management and employee engagement features are so good. They handle OKRs, check-ins, 360 feedback and surveys all in one place. I've cut down significantly on the weekly and monthly time spent gathering and analyzing data. This tool has given us real insight into what drives our employees and their actual needs. Now I can easily spot both high performers and those who might be struggling.
Cons
The app works great but I wish there were more frequent updates about new features and improvements.

This tool keeps communication flowing between everyone from employees, managers to coworkers. The interface feels welcoming and makes giving and receiving feedback simple through different options like recognition, 360 feedback and check-ins. Everything feels quick and enjoyable to use!

I've been working with this tool for over a year and honestly, it's been impressive. Its flexible and simple to get the hang of. What really stands out is the support team, they're always ready to help with requests and guide us through implementing new applications. We began with Performance Apps, then expanded to Engagement and Onboarding modules. It's really helped us organise our HR processes and cut down on the number of different software solutions we were juggling as a company.
Cons
I can't really think of any major issues. I know the team is developing a succession planning feature, which I'm looking forward to seeing.
