“Fantastic HR solution”
Pros
It has been the best HR solution for our business. It's extremely user-friendly and as an Assistant Manager HR handling more than 290 employees, I've found it both fun and challenging in a positive way. The platform has really helped our HR team enjoy their work by supporting us across all its functions. The wider company also benefits from features like KIOSK, especially since we are working with SMETA compliance. Through KIOSK, our employees can independently manage their work and overtime hours.
Cons
Support was an issue for us in the past but things have improved since they introduced the Redmine ticketing system and now they respond to problems on time.

Pros
Its extremely user-friendly while still helping me handle employee data efficiently. It cuts down the time spent on HR tasks like updating employee information and having everything organized in one place makes day-to-day work much more manageable.
Cons
At times, it can feel a little slow and there are certain sections that are not as simple to use as they could be.

Pros
Report Navigator has been a big help when management asks for a lot of information on short notice. It lets me pull together the details they need within a very limited time which has made handling those requests much more manageable.
Cons
There really isn't anything specific I dislike. Every system has its pros and cons but the hSenid system overall makes my work easier.

Managing payroll, attendance and employee records with PeoplesHR has been very simple because the system is user-friendly and handles these tasks efficiently and effectively. It has also been very reliable in day-to-day use and the customer support team is responsive and helpful whenever assistance is needed.

It is quite simple to manage and the platform brings in innovative features for HR work. The implementation and support team are friendly and helpful and the system clearly seems to have been built with practical, real-world HR needs in mind.
Cons
The front-end views could be more visually attractive and I would prefer to see more physical workshops instead of having so many conducted online.

It's a convenient, user-friendly cloud-based HRIS that has helped us organize HR processes and cut down a lot of manual work. The setup cost was reasonable and the support service has been really solid.
Cons
There isn't a lot to complain about overall. That said, a few modules could still use some improvement, especially in the user interface, report generation and certain option settings.
