One thing that really stands out is the people behind the system. Everyone we work with is very accommodating and they take the time to explain everything in detail so the requirements and the way the system works are clear. The platform itself is user-friendly and not hard to use. There are still a few areas that could be adjusted to make it even easier to use and understand but overall it's a convenient and approachable tool.
Cons
There are some limitations when it comes to certain requirements. Depending on the industry, the setup and usage should be more flexible so it can better match the specific needs of companies in the Philippines. A good example is the Schedule and Attendance part, things would be much more manageable if the setup were kept within a single module since that would make leave applications and rostering easier to handle.

Pros
Being able to generate reports through the on-demand reporting feature is really valuable since users can pull the exact report they need right away whenever it's required. The widgets on the HR self-service page are also very useful and add to the overall convenience.
Cons
Some modules are not very user-friendly and there are too many sub-modules that do not always feel necessary, especially in the recruitment module and the job portal.

Having this in place has helped our organization centralize data and work more efficiently by automating a lot of HR and finance tasks, including payroll, benefits administration and employee record management. The reporting tools are also a big advantage since they give admins useful insights that support better decision-making and workforce planning.
Cons
Moving from manual processes into an automated system has been challenging for many organizations and that applies here too. Because PeoplesHR is a product-based system some organizational processes do not fully match the built-in features although it's good that customization is possible in certain cases. Customer report handling can also be a little delayed due to time differences but the support service is still excellent.

This software feels like a very innovative, user-friendly system, especially when it comes to payroll. Processing salaries and other payroll-related payments takes only a few clicks and can be done in a very short time. It really helps reduce the pressure of payroll deadlines. Another strong point is the wide range of reports available and the fact that they can be customized to match different reporting needs. Honestly, it is one of the best systems I have used in my career.
Cons
There are still a few areas that could be improved. The self-service module would benefit from having a separate widget for employees to view their T10 forms. The interface could also be made more attractive and modern. On top of that, customer support needs more attention, especially when it comes to handling issues through the Redmine ticketing system.

Right from the start, the team behind the system has been one of its strongest points. They are capable, committed and really take the time to listen to customer concerns and understand specific requirements. Whenever support is needed, they are there with exceptional assistance. Another big advantage is how knowledgeable they are about the country's legislative requirements which is especially valuable for modules like payroll.
Cons
One area that could be better is the product interface. It is not the most appealing to use and feels quite conventional and dull compared with other systems.

It has been an excellent support system for our HR work. The platform is simple to use, easy to understand and gives the team helpful automated insights. I really appreciate the support provided by their team and Dilini Amrasekera, the Customer Success Manager, has played a major role in keeping everything on track. Their effort and commitment are highly appreciated. On top of that, implementing processes through the system is very convenient.
Cons
There is not much to complain about although technical bugs do come up from time to time and can disrupt the workflow.
