Pros
Transitioning to this software was beneficial as we didn't have a time clock previously. The system's PTO tracking feature was much needed and highly convenient.
Cons
The payroll system occasionally encounters random errors, happening at least once every quarter. Hourly rates for employees change unexpectedly, even when I haven't made any adjustments to their accounts. If I do modify someone's hourly rate, I need to make sure it reflects correctly in both PTO and holiday hours, which requires navigating through two separate areas. The system even processed a payment for an employee after their termination date. We decided against purchasing the "onboarding" part of the system since we don't hire frequently, so I still have to manually gather a bunch of information from new employees before entering it into the system. Additionally, there are an excessive number of report options available, making it challenging to locate the specific reports I need. I usually end up using the same three or four reports during a payroll week, and that's about it. I wish I had more time to explore and utilize the software for employee management-related reports, but self-teaching is not feasible given my schedule.

Personally, I can't find any downsides, except for the fact that the suite lacks the inclusion of multirater reviews (such as 360-degree feedback), which is an essential aspect of effective people management.
