“Streamlined our operations

Pros

It's easy to customize. The interface is friendly and it's helped streamline so many of our HR workflows from bringing new hires on board to tracking attendance and keeping an eye on employee performance.

Cons

Sometimes I run into system glitches which can be frustrating but overall I don't have any major complaints about this platform.

It makes handling all our HR tasks so much easier and the onboarding process flows without any issues. The standard reporting features are pretty solid too.

Cons

I haven't come across any big drawbacks during my time with it. Everything's worked smoothly for what I need, so I can't really point to any major issues or complaints.

Pros

What I really appreciate is just how simple it is to get started with the system compared to anything I've used at other jobs. It's honestly way better than other HRMS platforms out there.

Cons

The interface could definitely look a lot better and be more user-friendly. I don't really dislike anything major about it but there's room to improve navigation and make the overall design more attractive.

“reliable tool but has potential to grow

Pros

Personally, I feel like dashboards are very handy and I love having the employee directory right there. The best part is that it connects directly to tax filing sites and saves me a ton of time. The income tax liability estimates are also a big help when I'm planning my investments.

Cons

UI feels outdated and finding action items or recent notifications is almost impossible.

“convenient leave tracking but sparse interface

Pros

I can handle everything from leave requests to checking my payslips and submitting reimbursements all in one place. Being able to track so many aspects of my employment status really simplifies everything. The leave overview is especially helpful and I can quickly see my sick days, casual leave, paid time off, what I've used and what's still available.

Cons

The dashboard feels a bit sparse and I�m unable to add any widgets, no matter what I try. It could use some improvements. While it's not my top priority, the empty interface can be a bit frustrating

“Basic platform, still room to grow

The detailed interface makes everything so easy to understand and use.

Cons

For me, tbh the lack of customizable views is frustrating since we're stuck with the default layout and can't adjust it to fit our specific workflow needs.

“It works but very limited features

Pros

I like how each organization can set up its own customized dashboard. The interface is super user-friendly and I love how all the notifications come through clearly. Plus, any items on my to-do list show up right in the required action section which helps me stay organized.

Cons

Their attendance status can't be changed once it's set and you have to keep the portal open constantly. If you use away or close it, it automatically logs you out which is very annoying.

Pros

The accuracy rate is amazing. I'd totally recommend this to anyone looking for reliable results. It's really user-friendly and gives you a quick understanding of all the features available.

Cons

I've been let down by the high turnover rate here. A lot of employees have moved on to other companies and when we try to contact them directly, they seem dismissive of us which doesn't reflect well on the workplace culture.
