Intuitive and easy to use

Pros

Personally, I absolutely love this platform because it streamlines the recruitment and hiring process by keeping track of each candidate meticulously. Having all the information organized in one place makes it much easier, and the platform's intuitive nature simplifies document loading and overall usage. It eliminates the need for extensive training, saving valuable time.

Cons

Personally, I haven't experienced any failures or negative behaviors on the part of Pereless Systems.

Customer friendly, effective, organized

Pros

I appreciate that multiple interviewers or employees can be assigned to a job opening and we can all contribute notes to a single profile. This keeps everyone updated, and if we need to review our notes later, they are easily accessible. Also, I like the ability to send automatic responses to applicants. This is beneficial for both us and the applicants as they get timely feedback.

Cons

Some of the categories for candidates or profiles are irrelevant. There are a few that don't fit our needs and others that we'd like to see added. I'm not sure if there's an option to manually add classifications, but if there is, it could turn a negative into a positive.

Love the capabilities, but it's not very intuitive to use; you have to click around a lot.

Pros

The jobs listing is very clear and detailed. The search results are presented in an easy-to-read format.

Cons

It takes several clicks to access the candidate list and download resumes. Also, the newest candidates should be listed at the top of the dropdown menu!

Pros

It's easy to use, everything is quite self-explanatory and easy to figure out independently. No special training needed.

Cons

Past interview names don't appear next to the times on the calendar. It would also be helpful if I could delete my own quick notes when I accidentally duplicate them or make a mistake.

Pros

Although Pereless didn't initially meet our needs due to our reliance on various third-party vendors, the Pereless team collaborated with me to incorporate features and improvements that eventually made it suitable for us. The introduction of the electronic application has been fantastic! We've adjusted our employment application multiple times, and the Pereless team has consistently been excellent in implementing these changes. Our representative provides superb customer service and solutions, her promptness is highly valued.

Cons

The link to send the background check consent has never worked properly for me. Additionally, the scheduling feature from Pereless is one-way, which becomes problematic if an interview time or date needs to be changed.

Great product and company!

Pros

The system's simplicity is great, everything I need is in one place. The Pereless staff are excellent, always incredibly helpful and responsive. I really value the Pereless team and their efforts.

Cons

There's not much I dislike, but I wish there were a better system for tracking the "no thank you" letters sent to applicants. Applicants often apply for multiple positions and sometimes receive letters for each application. The letters only show the date of the most recent one sent, not for each individual position.

Pros

I like the ease and accessibility of finding new talent. I use the system daily and value the frequent updates to requisitions throughout the day.

Cons

There's nothing I dislike. Whenever we've had a concern, they quickly resolve the issue.

Great value, exceptional service. Solved our staffing problems.

Pros

The customer service has been exceptional. We were able to customize the system to fit our needs. The team is full of true professionals. Sometimes, they anticipated our needs better than we did. I'm glad we relied on their expertise, as the final product significantly boosted our applicant flow and reduced our turnover since we no longer felt pressured. We switched from one of the major providers to Pereless, and it was the best decision of the year. Pereless integrated with all our other vendors (payroll, testing, and background screening), something the major providers' APIs couldn't handle. This allowed us to save hours on manual payroll data entry and set up background screening for our high-turnover hourly positions. We can now hire fully vetted candidates in as little as two days. With the automated emails and onboarding process, we've improved our communication with applicants, building trust from day one. Our new hires feel appreciated and know what to expect.

Cons

The reports can't be automated.
