“Flexible reporting and quick support
Pros
I really like how flexible the reporting tools are, how quickly their customer service responds and how seamlessly the web-based time clock fits into our workflow.
Cons
Even though the reporting is really adaptable sometimes it's tough to remember exactly where to locate the specific report I need.

Pros
Whenever I have a question or run into a problem, their team gets back to me right away and knows exactly how to help.
Cons
As with any software we run into the occasional hiccup but the support team is always quick to jump on fixes.

“Friendly support, time-off doesn't auto-deduct
Pros
The support staff is super friendly and the system is easy to use. Once we get familiar with where everything is, pulling reports is also not a problem. Processing payroll is smooth too as issuing or canceling checks is simple and wrapping up each pay period is hassle-free.
Cons
Our teams biggest frustration is that approved time-off or flex-time does not automatically deduct from their balances. And if they forget to manually track it under requests, they can accidentally overbook. Like we really want the system to handle this automatically for them.

Cons
There are times when the system acts up due to technical problems and that can sometimes lead to delays or mistakes with payments.

“Outstanding Canadian payroll support
Pros
The customer service is outstanding. They have a great team that really listens, understands what we need and helps tailor solutions for our organization. They roll out improvements regularly to make the experience even better. Being a Canadian company, they really get the nuances of local payroll. They are also quick to help with urgent issues especially around tight payroll deadlines. Plus they are patient, humble and great listeners.
Cons
After system updates, some people temporarily lose access to entering their time and everything tends to slow down. So I feel like it would help a lot to get an email explaining what's new with each upgrade and how it could affect our existing info. Also past vacation entries should not change retroactively if an employees hours get adjusted like those logs should stay locked.
