Pros
We really like the excellent assistance with administrative tasks and the easy-to-use interface. It has simplified the approval process for employee absences, document signing, surveys, manuals and much more. Our employees can now access everything online with ease.
Cons
At times it seems to me that a certain feature would make more sense if it worked differently for the user. In such cases it's easy to discuss the issue with them and they are always willing to help.

“Great graphics but setup could be easier”
Pros
What I like most is the graphic presentation, the easy navigation on the employee card and the content within the modules.
Cons
Setting up the modules was not very user friendly and we had to go back to certain steps multiple times.

After implementation, we now have all HR information in one place. Also it is user-friendly and simple to manage. Employees like it and it's very beneficial for both the HR and management teams.
Cons
There is limited flexibility for modification but the team is always very supportive and works hard to find solutions to our challenges.

Cons

Pros
Pinya HR is a fantastic tool for quick and clear HR management. It streamlines employee record-keeping, attendance, payroll, medical check-ups, training and asset management. It also aids us with surveys, tracking career progression, collaborating with managers and providing useful statistics.
Cons
It is a great tool but it lacks clarity when it comes to permissions and does not offer much customization for reports. However the system is constantly improving, so this will likely be addressed soon.

The system covers our needs, offers opportunities for us to participate in future developments and allows us to prioritize requirements. The sales and implementation teams are open and friendly and the training provided was of excellent quality.
