Pros

Navigating the platform is simple for both administrators and employees and I appreciate the security it provides for sensitive payroll information.

Cons

Right now, the main drawback I see is how employees have to follow extra steps to download their pay stubs. It keeps information secure but those extra hoops can be a little annoying and take extra time.

Honestly, I've had one of the worst payroll experiences with this tool, tax and deduction calculations were incorrect nearly every week.

Cons

The help team was almost impossible to reach when we ran into a deduction error they introduced. Once we pointed it out, they acted like it was minor and we had to run audits for weeks as more mistakes kept appearing. They couldn't find the root cause for months and our staff didn't receive W-2s until February which was a big problem. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
