Pros
One thing that really stands out is how useful the results are when it comes to evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of potential hires. Since the assessment is built around the Big Five personality traits, I feel very confident that the results are valid and trustworthy. Having candidates complete the survey also adds a helpful extra step that naturally screens out unqualified applicants. On top of that the customer support has been outstanding! They're always willing to share more information and take the time to make sure everything is clearly understood.
