Pros

Love having a document library where I can send forms to employees digitally and get them back completed. Makes collecting those annual documents so much easier. Plus, I can track who hasn't finished their paperwork and keep everything synced between our integrated systems. Setup was surprisingly simple and setting it up took under 3 months and worked smoothly with our other TalentED products and eFP system.

Cons

Haven't really found anything to complain about after using it for almost a year. It's streamlined our HR workflows significantly and honestly ranks among the top PS software systems I've worked with.

Pros

Being able to create custom automation scripts with JavaScript is a huge plus. Not certain if other scripting languages are supported, but JS works really well for what I need. The JavaScript foundation is valuable since I can apply those skills to other projects too.

Cons

The script view really needs a better interface. Having everything in that minified file format makes it tough to sort through code. Getting some features to work can be pretty tedious at times, though once you figure it out everything runs smoothly.

Pros

Attendance information automatically connects with my gradebook saving me from having to enter data twice.

Cons

Hard to navigate without keyboard shortcuts and switching to student view is tricky

Keeps everything organized in one place. All my paid leave docs, employee files, professional development records and other important paperwork the school requires.

Cons

The interface feels complicated. I often struggle to locate the right page on my first try, and the submission labels use terminology that doesnt match standard industry language.
