“Quality diverse candidates made easy

Pros

I'm really impressed by the diverse and substantial pool of candidates available through the platform which gives us access to a much wider range of talent. The general quality of applicants has been noticeably high which manages our screening process significantly. And on top of that the platform itself is refreshingly easy to use making the entire hiring experience smooth and productive from start to finish.

Cons

There isn't much I'd change.. I genuinely like it a lot and the overall user experience feels polished and enjoyable.

As a team at Zapier we've genuinely appreciated our relationship with this platform. They've connected us to outstanding talent all over the world and their resource hub has been a steady go-to for DEI ideas and practical strategies. Their comprehensive dashboards have allowed us to actually quantify the impact of our collaboration. The platform has also helped us highlight more employee stories via blog posts and videos which has put a spotlight on the wide range of experiences within our team. Their events broadened our reach into communities that are often underrepresented, giving us the chance to explain why Zapier is such a special place to work and to maintain contact with people who might be interested in joining us. One particularly memorable moment was participating in their DEI-centered virtual career fair, it gave us the opportunity to engage directly with a diverse set of attendees, share our culture and values in a very interactive way and then spend an hour answering questions in small breakout rooms. The feedback we received was very positive and the new connections we made really underscored the value of these efforts and of our partnership overall. We continue to rely on them as a partner in building a more inclusive workforce and tracking progress over time.

Cons

It would be great for me if the platform brought more mid- to senior-level candidates into the funnel since attracting higher-level talent would noticeably improve the return on investment from this partnership.

this platform gives me access to a huge, global pool of diverse talent. Its AI-driven job-matching features help me source candidates much more easily as a recruiter. Reaching out to potential hires is fast and easy thanks to the built-in email templates.

Cons

personally I'd find it far more useful if the platform clearly showed whether a prospect is open to relocating and whether they require employer-sponsored visa support.

Pros

Virtual Career Fair is really useful because it helps bring industry partners together and draw in talent and I also like that the company profile is easy to edit and keep current.

Cons

From my experience the platform feels heavily focused on North America and EMEA and I find there aren't enough resources or localized options for APAC markets such as Hong Kong, Singapore and India.

Working with the team's representatives has been effortlessly smooth for us, they're incredibly communicative, attentive and always focused on our needs. We genuinely appreciate all the creative assets they help produce and enjoy the events we run together!

At this point I honestly don't have any criticisms to share.

We've found this tool to be really responsive and action-oriented, a genuine partner that's helped us make real headway in our DEI initiatives. And on top of that, their client support has been outstanding.

One thing I've noticed is that while the platform casts a wide global net which I do appreciate, many candidates aren't located in the markets where we're actually hiring.

I really appreciate the range of services they provide and the reassurance that their network is, for the most part, quite diverse.

Initially we did need some time to find a comfortable rhythm with our account representative and customer success manager though things improved over time.

As a user, the team behind this tool has been helpful and quick to respond whenever I ask a question. Their Content team produces excellent video and written material alongside platform.

I've observed that the Follower Network contains quite a few incomplete profiles and I wish there were a way to remove these "ghost" accounts or prompt users to finish their profiles.

This platform is essential in the rebuild of our Product Design team, it truly understands our needs and company culture and consistently brings us qualified, diverse candidates who fit well.

To be honest I can't point to anything negative, I've genuinely appreciated the collaboration and enjoyed working with everyone involved throughout the partnership.
