Quality diverse candidates made easy

Pros

I'm really impressed by the diverse and substantial pool of candidates available through the platform which gives us access to a much wider range of talent. The general quality of applicants has been noticeably high which manages our screening process significantly. And on top of that the platform itself is refreshingly easy to use making the entire hiring experience smooth and productive from start to finish.

Cons

There isn't much I'd change.. I genuinely like it a lot and the overall user experience feels polished and enjoyable.

As a team at Zapier we've genuinely appreciated our relationship with this platform. They've connected us to outstanding talent all over the world and their resource hub has been a steady go-to for DEI ideas and practical strategies. Their comprehensive dashboards have allowed us to actually quantify the impact of our collaboration. The platform has also helped us highlight more employee stories via blog posts and videos which has put a spotlight on the wide range of experiences within our team. Their events broadened our reach into communities that are often underrepresented, giving us the chance to explain why Zapier is such a special place to work and to maintain contact with people who might be interested in joining us. One particularly memorable moment was participating in their DEI-centered virtual career fair, it gave us the opportunity to engage directly with a diverse set of attendees, share our culture and values in a very interactive way and then spend an hour answering questions in small breakout rooms. It would be great for me if the platform brought more mid- to senior-level candidates into the funnel since attracting higher-level talent would noticeably improve the return on investment from this partnership.

Pros

this platform gives me access to a huge, global pool of diverse talent. Its AI-driven job-matching features help me source candidates much more easily as a recruiter. Reaching out to potential hires is fast and easy thanks to the built-in email templates.

Cons

personally I'd find it far more useful if the platform clearly showed whether a prospect is open to relocating and whether they require employer-sponsored visa support.
