Navigation for both employers and job seekers is feasible which I find extremely convenient.
Cons
There are a few quirks I've noticed when uploading photos that affect how they display.

Pros
In-app texting between employers and job seekers is very useful and I also find sharing job listings with others easy and effective.
Cons
However I find it doesn't support communication between businesses which I think is a missing capability.

“customizable rooms for smooth use
Pros
What I really appreciated was being able to customize the rooms so our students could find their way around easily and I was relieved that I didn't have to provide any training myself.
Cons
I wasn't happy with the fact it became available to students a full 24 hours early so they could wander the layout before the event.

Pros
Throughout the Covid pandemic, this platform helped us connect with people and let our organization run One-Stop operations when in-person services were limited. We found the whole system feasible to navigate and the individuals, businesses and partner agencies who signed up had no trouble either. Overall it made delivering services much easier during a very challenging period.
Cons
Honestly I don't have any complaints. This has been an excellent tool for our organization from top to bottom.

The platform's flexibility in creating booths, posting up-to-date job listings and using the real-time chat impresses me and I also find it helpful to review and print collected data after events.
Cons
Right now I can't think of any changes I'd make. The rep we deal with, Jordan Ambers, is always quick to respond and clearly knows the product inside out.

As newcomers to virtual recruiting, I felt completely supported and I find the team's step-by-step guidance and responsiveness remarkable.
Cons
I wish we were able to run meetings that include several company representatives at once, right now the platform only supports one-on-one messaging and video calls which limits how we coordinate with multiple stakeholders during sessions.

The platform's feasible use impresses me and I find the multiple ways for employers to engage with candidates plus great analytics extremely useful.
Cons

Pros
The training videos were feasible and easy to follow. I could share those guides with both job seekers and employers who needed a clearer walkthrough of the platform. The reporting tools were something I appreciated, employers could generate their own reports on applicants and I was able to pull employer reports as well as a list of all job seekers who registered which made onboarding easier.
Cons
A confusing situation came up when an employer set up multiple accounts which caused problems for me. After creating profiles for our employer contacts some went back and made duplicates. I really wish the platform blocked additional accounts to prevent that.

Pros
Affordability mattered a lot to us and this platform fit the bill, it also offered more accessibility options than its competitors and whenever we needed assistance customer support was responsive. I appreciated that they've taken our input seriously and rolled out updates since we used it that genuinely make the experience better.
Cons
Certain parts of the interface felt glitchy for me during sections of the fair and it didn't look as polished as some other platforms I've used though I know some users care more about flashy visuals than practical functionality.

Once I got into the program, I found it pretty feasible to use and the Tech Support and Training team has been absolutely outstanding.
Cons
Getting the flyers formatted correctly was tricky at first but after doing it a few times, I've got the hang of it and it's much easier for me now.
