“Hybrid video interviews and scheduling
Pros
The video interaction features and hybrid event support make technical interviews way more effective. Candidates feel engaged no matter where they're joining from. I also find the interview scheduler greatly improves the hiring process by eliminating the usual back-and-forth chaos. Everything stays organized and on time.
Cons
Honestly I don't have any dislikes about this tool.

“exceptional support for virtual events
Pros
Quick replies from my Client Success Manager and the Director of Business Solutions are invaluable and I find their guidance supportive and responsive.
Cons
Just a suggestion from me is how it handles break-out rooms. For those sessions I tend to prefer Teams because it automatically moves people between rooms. With this tool, attendees must sign out of one session, return to the lobby, pick a different session and repeat the whole sequence to rejoin the main meeting. It's an overly long set of steps that often confuses participants which frequently leads to delays and questions from attendees.

Integration into virtual events has been smooth and I find the platform feasible to use.
Cons
In my experience some attendees struggle to use the platform on their mobile devices which can be frustrating during events.

Connecting transitioning service members, spouses and dependents to opportunities is highly effective and I find the analytics, simple interface, hybrid event support and integration with tools like Teams and YouTube particularly useful.
Cons
One drawback I've noticed is that the appointment-setting feature isn't integrated with the Outlook calendar which would be a helpful addition to streamline scheduling for our team.

Simple inclusion of existing booths reduces administrative burdens and I find the one-to-one conversations and live video chat options enhance attendee experiences.
Cons
I find a major limitation with this tool is that employers are unable to access the complete attendee list as a downloadable report directly. While I understand that some organizations choose not to share that kind of data, I prefer to give our employer partners the full attendee report so they can reach out and build connections with a wider group of our students. Not being able to provide that inside the booth makes it harder for them to follow up and expand their networking beyond immediate conversations.

Pros
Hands down, the team is the highlight of this platform for me. Because they pay close attention, actively ask for feedback and run trainings for employers, the platform has become indispensable to me, our local employers and job seekers around here. One of my favorite things is how events can be customized, including cloning past events, plus the hiring metrics and reports that make it simple for me to report results, along with the newer, bigger chat window. I also appreciate that we can host an unlimited number of events for a single annual fee.
Cons
I'd really like an option to blur my background during video, it's something I find necessary. It would also help me if host tools provided a report listing every user who activated a booth during a specific event. Additionally, I'd love a report that indicates which categories and subcategories each booth signed up for.

I often felt the webinars came across more as promotional pitches than practical, instructional sessions for actually using and developing on the platform.
