Their customer support is exceptional, the account managers genuinely spend the time needed to ensure I fully grasp everything and feel supported throughout.

Cons

Being able to duplicate events would save me a lot of time during setup so I wish the platform offered that capability.

Pros

Working with the staff has been a pleasure because they respond quickly and are easy to collaborate with. I also notice they regularly roll out updates and enhancements based on customer feedback which I appreciate.

Cons

As the host of a virtual job fair I'm finding the whole management process somewhat confusing and clunky. We have to juggle several different logins, an admin account, our booth login and a separate view meant for job seekers so we can preview how the event will appear to them which makes coordination awkward. Another major shortcoming is that employers can't search candidates by key filters like skills, occupations or location and similarly candidates can't browse open positions to see which companies are hiring for roles they want. That double lack of search functionality creates unnecessary inefficiencies and leaves both employers and applicants frustrated. I'd really like to see a built-in job-board solution so we don't have to enter vacancies twice, once in the virtual fair and again on an external job board.

I found the interface extremely easy to navigate and I really liked the way I could personalize the settings.

Cons

Honestly I had absolutely no issues, everything functioned smoothly and the support team was phenomenal.
