Pros
We really like how the software can be customized to suit our business requirements. Plus the integrations with payroll and messaging APIs are fantastic as they save us a lot of time and help minimize errors.
Cons
It's quite challenging to find certain things and I really wish there was an iOS and Android app to replace the web portal.

Cons
Rolling out the timesheets was a bit tricky due to various factors specific to our company. We constantly have to adapt but thats normal for any project.

The software is very easy to use. And whenever I have questions about certain features, the user guide is thorough. Plus if I need additional help, the PRIM team is always ready to assist.
Cons
There are occasional programming errors during updates but they are usually fixed quickly.
