I highly recommend PRIM software for its incredible usefulness and flexibility. It truly adapts to a variety of needs which makes it a standout choice. Also the Dev NTIC support team is top-notch and that provides me with exceptional assistance whenever needed.

Cons

The learning curve can be a bit too much for some at first.

Pros

We really like how the software can be customized to suit our business requirements. Plus the integrations with payroll and messaging APIs are fantastic as they save us a lot of time and help minimize errors.

Cons

It's quite challenging to find certain things and I really wish there was an iOS and Android app to replace the web portal.

The software is very easy to use. And whenever I have questions about certain features, the user guide is thorough. Plus if I need additional help, the PRIM team is always ready to assist.

Cons

There are occasional programming errors during updates but they are usually fixed quickly.
