Pros
I can handle as much or as little of the payroll processing myself which gives me great flexibility in how involved I want to be with the process.
Cons

Easy to use and get what I need! With just a couple clicks, I can pull everything into documents or visual charts that make sense.
Cons
The only thing I'd change is adding BambooHR integration since that's what we're currently using for HR stuff.

Pros
The support team is very responsive and really knows how to solve problems effectively. They're always willing to go the extra mile when I need help with business-related requests.
Cons
The reporting system doesn't let me see all our companies with different tax IDs in one consolidated view, which makes it harder to get a complete picture of our operations.

I like how convenient this is to learn and the wide range of features it offers.
Cons
Occasionally run into issues where some features stop working, maybe once or twice a month. The good news is that support usually gets things back up and running pretty fast.

I find this platform quite user-friendly. Having a mobile app is a nice touch. The communication options give me plenty of customization plus those email reminders for deposits and updates come through regularly. Whenever I've reached out to customer service, the team has been quick to respond and genuinely helpful. Replacing my lost HsA card was hassle-free with no complications and the transaction logs along with searchable catalogs make tracking my spending and reimbursements very easy.
Cons
Web portal and mobile app are pretty basic and dont really have the depth I need. I've struggled to find things like beneficiary forms and even something as simple as getting in touch with the HsA administrator turns into a frustrating ordeal. While it's easy enough to navigate, the functionality just isn't there.

Onboarding process was not complicated. The time tracking feature is also cool.
Cons
Reporting area is pretty confusing to handle. The database updates are painfully slow and sometimes it takes up to 90 days for information to show up correctly in reports for a given time period.

The automated retroactive change processing is fantastic and everything runs completely on its own without any manual work needed. Their customer service team has been really helpful too.
Cons
The lack of an LMs system is disappointing and there's no succession planning module either which limits our training and development capabilities.

I found it really convenient for tracking my hours and checking pay stubs whenever I needed them. The system handled all our HR stuff pretty well including benefits, payroll, you name it. Made logging time convenient and accessing my payment info was not hard.
Cons
Interface isn't very friendly and I find myself getting lost trying to move around the system.

“everything we need in one place
Pros
Having all the forms and reports centralized in one location is such a bonus. The employee tracking capabilities work really well for our needs. It functions as a solid HR tool that covers most of what we need. Being able to access monthly, quarterly and yearly reports from the same dashboard saves me tons of time.
Cons
The system could definitely be faster. It feels slow at times
