always ready to assist us

Pros

We have been using PrimePay for at least 17 years now. They are always ready to assist whenever we need it and I'd recommend them highly.

Cons

One thing I noticed is that you sometimes have to wait on hold but that is pretty standard for any support line.

Prompt callbacks now but year-end was a disaster

Pros

The callbacks about payroll were very prompt but after the issues we had at year-end.

Cons

Well the year-end situation was a disaster. I would call for payroll between 9:30 and 10:00 am but would not get a callback until the afternoon. That's a problem with my part-time schedule as they often called when I was about to leave for the day.

short wait times and quick help

Pros

I like that the wait time to speak to a representative is always short. Whenever I ask a question, I get the help I need right away.

Cons

Excellent Payroll Services with Exceptional Customer Support

The customer support team at PrimePay is exceptional. Whenever I have had questions or needed help, their representatives have been responsive, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. They consistently go the extra mile to resolve any issues quickly.

Cons

I have been using PrimePay Payroll Company for two months and am thoroughly impressed with their services. As a small business bookkeeper, managing payroll can be daunting but PrimePay has made the process seamless and efficient.

Avoid at all cost

I have been trying to cancel my service with PrimePay since June 10, 2024. Despite numerous emails and phone calls, the issue remains unresolved. We are still being contacted by billing, and our Q2 taxes were filed, which has added extra work for us and the new payroll provider. I used to love PrimePay, but the unmanageable wait times have led to our dissatisfaction. We were loyal customers for a long time, and now we are very unhappy with the service.

We really like the reporting feature also it is easy to access.

Cons

Customer service is very hard to reach and slow. We have been on hold for over an hour at times waiting for a rep. Emails requesting help often result in waiting several days, sometimes over a week or even a month.
