I found it very easy to use and it provided me with a lot of information about each candidate.

Pricing was charged per assessment and I had concerns about the validity and reliability of some tests, like SISII. They mentioned it wouldn't be updated for modern standards, but it still asks dated questions, such as whether I use my work computer for personal stuff which is seen differently now.

The job-matching feature impressed me greatly. I can create precise profiles and gain surprising insights into employee skills across multiple languages.

A lot of scores tend to cluster around 87%, so for me it's hard to tell if that's because candidates are genuinely similar or if the test isn't distinguishing accurately.

There isn't much to complain regarding this tool. When I use it alongside other hiring methods rather than as the sole decision-maker, it provides great value.

Candidates typically need around 60 minutes to finish the test which is manageable for me.

Clean interface is easy for me to pick up, very user-friendly and works really well, I strongly recommend it.
