“Simple tool with clear goals
Pros
What I appreciate most is the control it gives me over executing my business strategy. It's simple to use and keeps everyone focused on the same goals.
Cons
Some of the stats you need to check don't show up directly. I've had to pull out a calculator to figure things out which is kinda annoying. A few tools aren't super clear either.

“Amazing support help
Pros
The level of detail I can add to the platform is a big plus. It keeps everything organized for me and makes following up on OKRs so much easier.
Cons
I couldn't get more than one user set up with the Slack connection. I reached out and they said they're working on making it support more people, so I'm hopeful it'll be available soon.

This tool is super easy to use for me. I can manage my team's performance quickly and integrate it with other tools we already use.

“Flexible and easy to manage
Pros
I use it to manage the entire performance review process and it's been great. I can include self assessments, peer feedback, OKRs and adjust the weight of each input easily.
Cons
It doesn't really link up with many other tools we use. It would also be great if we could bring in OKRs in bulk instead of one at a time.

Pros
I really like how specific the features are for tracking OKRs. It lets me stay on top of progress without needing extra tools or manual updates.
Cons
It'd help if the screen gave clearer messages when I mess something up. Right now you don't always know what went wrong.

Pros
It supports both top down and bottom up input and they're always improving things. The support team also goes above and beyond when there's an issue.
Cons
I wish there was a better way to connect personal goals with the team or department goals. It would make it feel more aligned.

Pros
Profit.co is a great platform for OKR management. The way it connects individual and team efforts to broader goals really helps keep our focus sharp.
Cons
The layout's kinda confusing. There's just so much going on, especially for someone who's not used to digital tools or doesn't really get OKRs. Takes a bit to get used to and can be frustrating at first.

The support team has been super helpful whenever we've had questions. They're responsive, patient and clearly know the product inside out.
Cons
There's just so much packed into this thing that you have to learn everything to get the hang of it. It can be a bit much at first.
