The payroll and tax functionalities in Proliant are reliable. Having a strong Account Manager enhances the overall experience significantly.
Cons
The implementation process and issue resolution have been slower than I expected, and the HR features feel limited. There were some difficulties with account team hand-offs, but we now have a reliable Account Manager.

Switching to Proliant from our previous payroll company has been incredibly refreshing. Having a dedicated account manager instead of relying on a help-desk ticketing system is a game-changer. The platform offers numerous integrations and is exceptionally easy to navigate.
Cons
The only drawback I have noticed is that NovaTime feels a bit outdated.

Proliant's communication and efficiency stand out to me. They handle payroll imports as well as files for additional hours and bonuses, which significantly reduces the need for manual data entry. The site is flexible and I can quickly access detailed reports. It is convenient to issue checks in-house, and they are automatically reported with payroll. Payroll checks and direct deposit stubs are delivered directly to our locations, while employees enjoy online access to check stubs and W-2s. Onboarding for new hires is straightforward, reducing paper usage. Also, signing up for the garnishment service has been beneficial.
Cons
There is not much to complain about, but having better reports for 401k would be an improvement.

Cons
Payroll is very smooth, but when a new person is assigned to our account, the process can take more time. We recently transitioned after working with the same person for several years, and while the team is helpful, the change required some adjustments.

While there were some challenges during implementation, the customer service team consistently provided support and ensured we felt confident throughout the process.

Proliant is our go-to tool for onboarding new staff, managing benefits, and talent acquisition. Having everything consolidated in a single tool is fantastic, and it's incredibly user-friendly. It greatly aids our hiring managers within talent acquisition by providing easy access to resumes for their positions without relying on HR for filtering.
Cons
It would be more convenient if the software kept me logged in for a longer duration instead of logging me out quickly.
