Pros
The platform is really easy to figure out and makes finding staffing resources much more efficient. It smooths out our entire hiring process which saves us tons of time. What I appreciate most is the extensive network of job seekers they have access to. Plus they offer both temporary and project based work options which gives us flexibility depending on our needs.
Cons
Sometimes there are skill mismatches that get placed anyway. Occasionally temporary job roles end up hitting the budget unexpectedly.
