“Fantastic talent management tool

Pros

I really like that this isn't just candidate testing software. It focuses on talent management by matching profiles with the best fitting roles. Usually, when we recruit someone, we stop trying to find the best role for them but this process should be ongoing. Pulsifi uses AI to keep matching the best roles which is awesome.

Cons

I haven't explored all the features yet but so far, I haven't run into any major issues. I'd like to see more tests, though.
