powerful HR suite

Pros

Having everything in one place is a big advantage with this software. It covers recruitment, performance management, time and attendance, payroll, benefits administration and employee self service so HR work feels much more organized without needing several separate tools. The interface is modern and accessible which makes it comfortable for both HR staff and employees to use and it cuts down on the time required to get used to it quite a bit. The recruitment module is also a strong point since it automates job postings, resume screening and candidate evaluations, helping speed up hiring and making it easier to bring in strong candidates.

Cons

The biggest downside is the cost. Because it includes such a broad range of features, the licensing and subscription fees can feel expensive especially for small businesses or startups trying to manage a tighter budget. Another challenge is that the system may be more than smaller organizations actually need. Its extensive functions can feel overwhelming for teams with simpler HR processes and setting it up and managing it may require extra training, time and resources.
