One thing I really appreciated was being able to keep employee annual reviews in the software and pull them up whenever needed.

Honestly I do not have any real complaints. The program is pretty easy and simple to use.

Can be challenging to learn at first with a it needing some time in the beginning to get used ot.

Everything about it feels easy. It handles scheduling, labor budgeting, making sure everyone is clocked in and getting people paid without a lot of trouble. Even training other people to use the program has been pretty simple too.

Cons

There are a few small quality of life improvements that could still be added but nothing major comes to mind right away.

After using this across several companies over the past 5 to 10 years, this platform has consistently felt very secure and reliable to me. I'm confident that my information is well protected and the interface is clean, polished and simple to figure out. It also provides far more employee information than most other platforms I've used and everything is organized in a clear and thoughtful way.

Cons

Honestly I haven't run into any problems with it. I mainly use it to access and review my paystubs and that process has always been quick, easy and trouble free.
