“everything made smoother
Pros
I like the employee self service features: being able to download payslips, check leave balances and submit leave requests makes everything so much smoother. The comprehensive HRM functions are impressive too with biometric attendance tracking, overtime calculations and working hours management all built in.
Cons
I haven't encountered any problems with it during our 3-4 years of use so there really aren't any complaints to mention.

“simple to work with
Pros
Having everything consolidated in a single platform is an big advantage. The interface is accessible and doesn't take long to get comfortable with. Their customer support team is responsive and helpful when I need assistance.
Cons
The analytics and reporting features feel pretty basic right now so I would love to see more intelligent forecasting options and additional report types. Also the timesheet module can be frustrating since it's not very flexible making it harder to use in certain situations.
