“performance management works well
Pros
To be honest I am a big fan of the performance management features and how easy it is to get reports customized to our needs.
Cons
I think the report extraction and calibration module could be smoother and more user-friendly. As it might help to involve people who have been running these processes for a while, not just the tech team.

“Helpful articles but support is not good
Pros
There are helpful articles that explain how to perform actions and guide leadership behaviors which have proven pretty useful for managing our processes.
Cons
Support has been slow to respond to platform errors and I have not gotten clear explanations for why issues occur. That's concerning since these errors disrupt our processes.

I really like the 1:1 module. Also it is easy to use and the sentiment pulse feature is also simple.
Cons
The AVD module is pretty confusing. I wish it were easier to use. Also I's like a single dashboard where I can see all Qulture indicators in one place.

Pros
Compared to other tools on the market, this one has a real edge in usability. It offers features that integrate with our company systems like database migration and it's a complete platform. Having access to data and metrics to back up decision-making is great too. Also it is great that leaders can monitor their teams in real time.

We use the sentiment pulse and 1:1 tracking features the most. And they work fine for us.
Cons
Setting up evaluations is a little complicated. And I feel like it would also help to support multiple managers per employee.
