“Awesome people assessment tool
Pros
I really like using the platform to manage IDPs (Individual Development Plans). Plus being able to set goals for employees is super helpful for their career growth. Even managing the team for annual reviews is really simple and it's highly customizable to fit each company's needs.
Cons
Nothing much to report when it comes to cons.

“Good OKR tracking, weak after-sales support
Pros
It works well for tracking OKRs and if the IDP feature functions as intended, I feel like it will be a great tool. Learning Rocks is also useful for creating customized onboarding and training.
Cons
The after-sales support is lacking. The IDP (Individual Development Plan) does not seem fully developed as they struggle with basic issues. Support is only available through chat and email, and responses are slow, with many problems going unresolved. Also the feedback feature is too basic and could offer more. As an admin I believe the data should be presented more clearly to help support better decision-making.

“easy to use but has support issues
Pros
Qulture Rocks is really easy to use not just for admins, but for everyone. Our company syncs user data daily so it automatically deactivates former employees and adds new hires.
Cons
During sales we were assured that our goal-setting model could be adapted to Qulture's OKR module. Unfortunately the platform has significant limitations when it comes to customizing even simple processes in this area. Also since it was acquired by UOL EdTech, internal processes have suffered especially communication with our account manager and other departments we need to contact to resolve issues.

“packed with great feedback features
Pros
I really like the feedback and recognition features along with the 1:1 follow-ups, though it could integrate better with Google Meet.
Cons
It is challenging to make this a daily-use platform and keep people engaged. The OKR feature also still needs improvement.

“support is useless
Pros
It brings a lot of functions together in one place like talent management, feedback and eNPS.
Cons
One thing I noticed is that technical support tends to give scripted, by-the-book answers rather than tailored solutions.

“customizable as per our company needs
Pros
The performance review part is customizable to fit how our organization works. Employees can get input from peers, managers and direct reports which gives a fuller picture of their performance. We can also log feedback and keep track of 1:1 meetings right in the system.
Cons
Getting all employees and managers to use the platform effectively requires training and change management. While customization is a strength, some features cannot be fully customize to our specific needs. That said the team is very open to feedback and tries hard to meet our requests.

“Gives us precise feedback
Pros
It helped me give more precise feedback, made communication smoother and supported our OKR projects really well.
Cons
Honestly I don't see why courses and training need to be in a separate module as it feels disconnected.

I really like the feedback and recognition features, along with the 1:1 follow-ups though it could integrate better with Google Meet.

“Does not meet expectations.
Pros
The OKR module does what it should though tracking org-wide OKRs is tricky since it requires quarterly cycles that don't align easily with annual goals. The Feedback, IDP, 1:1 and Leadership modules are solid and deliver as promised. The Review module looks thorough based on training as I have not launched it yet but it seems promising.
Cons
Getting employees engaged on an external platform is one of the biggest challenges and it feels like engagement was not a priority in the products design. There are missed opportunities to create triggers and incentives through features like the news feed, recognition posts and announcements, but these are limited by the product and not customizable. The mobile app experience is poor which further limits engagement. The goals module should support KPI management frameworks which would not be a big stretch from OKRs and would enable more comprehensive performance management. The analytics are lacking. Also it is difficult to export reports for example, the Turnover report freezes when showing monthly results and I cannot filter the dashboard for a broader view. Reports are scattered across modules instead of being centralized e.g, Pulse analytics are buried inside the 1:1 module. Dashboards are limited too and export configurations are disappointing. For instance, in 1:1 reports, HR needs to track how many meetings each leader has conducted. While the dashboard shows this, the export includes meeting content details like who scheduled with whom but lacks key filters like department or leader, making the data hard to use effectively. Data exports should support managerial oversight, not just content review. Overall what should simplify monitoring often complicates it.

“Great feedback modules, needs more customization
Pros
Our favorite parts are the Feedback and Sentiment modules.
Cons
There are some limitations and certain products like surveys I feel like could be more useful if they were more customizable. Also feedback settings should allow leaders to see which feedback their team has given to others, so they can track whether feedback is being delivered effectively.

“Full evaluation control
Pros
It is practical because we have full control to structure evaluations the way we want.
Cons
I think it would help to have clearer guidance on how to structure evaluations more effectively maybe even include ready-to-use templates directly in the product.

“easy performance tracking
Pros
It is easy to view and track performance reviews, IDPs and feedback. Also I like how simple it is to calibrate performance and use the nine-box grid tool together. The flexibility is great too and support via chat is always quick and helpful when we need it.
Cons
There is a room for improvement but nothing major that I would like to share.

“Offers the best support when needed
Pros
The platform is quite user friendly, with lots of training resources, relevant content suggestions and exceptional support both via chat and from our CSM. The live training sessions for our team were also super valuable.
Cons
Few parts of the product should offer choices rather than a single way of doing things. For example the sentiment tool does not allow anonymity, so our company could not use it even though that feature was a big reason we reached out and eventually signed up. So having the option to choose anonymity would really improve the tool and help boost engagement. Since we have had to use other tools to fill this gap, it's limited how much we use the platform.

“Best customer support but weak IDp automation
Pros
Customer support is the best. The team is really approachable and always ready to help us. Plus we love the 1:1 feature, Slack integrations and the performance section.
Cons
The IDP module has very little automation and the reports are not very useful. The leadership module could also use some improvements.

“practical performance reviews, IDp needs expansion
Pros
Performance reviews make running evaluations really practical. 1:1s store all records and even new managers can see them if someone takes over a team.
Cons
I feel like the IDP feature could be expanded further. Also I would like to see more data analysis, the ability to track day-to-day performance and metrics around participation and commitment to development.

“Getting better everyday!
Pros
I really like that they are always innovating and working to implement the features we ask for. The support is amazing and efficient too. Even when some tasks are complex, most are still doable.
Cons
What I like least is when I run into a specific issue that is not on the development roadmap. In those cases I have to find workarounds to make things function the way we need.
