“easy and convenient setup
Pros
it is great that how easy and convenient this is, it's effortless to get going. I love that it doesn't demand a week's worth of training for me to figure out how everything works. It's been perfect for online job fairs during these hectic times and I'm a big fan of the template feature too!
Cons
Great tool but I'd prefer the ability to chat with more than four people simultaneously. Currently I can only converse with a small group at once and expanding that limit would make managing larger sessions much easier for me.

What I really appreciate is being able to select specific rooms when inviting presenters and I find it keeps events organized by clearly assigning people to video or chat rooms.
Cons
Sometimes I ended up having to exit and come back into the lobby just to get my audio or the event itself to function properly which was frustrating. I wish there had been a more reliable troubleshooting tool to diagnose and fix these issues.

One thing I value is that invited users can sign themselves up and I like how this removes extra setup work while letting me easily start video conversations and pull simple feedback afterward.
Cons
Every so often I run into a glitch where a member of our recruiting team connects with another employee by mistake instead of the intended candidate. Still, in my experience these were isolated, one-off issues that didn't take away from the overall quality of the event or my impression of the platform.

What stands out to me is the clean interface and useful tools and I really like that candidates come directly to me through live chat.
Cons
Sometimes, I've found technical glitches when using the live features. From my perspective, the live broadcast controls could use work, they feel clunky and would benefit from better management and reliability improvements to make live sessions smoother.
