easy and convenient setup

Pros

it is great that how easy and convenient this is, it's effortless to get going. I love that it doesn't demand a week's worth of training for me to figure out how everything works. It's been perfect for online job fairs during these hectic times and I'm a big fan of the template feature too!

Cons

Great tool but I'd prefer the ability to chat with more than four people simultaneously. Currently I can only converse with a small group at once and expanding that limit would make managing larger sessions much easier for me.

clean, simple uI

Pros

What I like best is the user interface, it's clean, easy to navigate and not overly complicated.

Cons

I'm frustrated by how hard it can be to send a direct message to someone even after we've connected.

Room selection organizes events

Pros

What I really appreciate is being able to select specific rooms when inviting presenters and I find it keeps events organized by clearly assigning people to video or chat rooms.

Cons

Sometimes I ended up having to exit and come back into the lobby just to get my audio or the event itself to function properly which was frustrating. I wish there had been a more reliable troubleshooting tool to diagnose and fix these issues.

self-signup and easy feedback

Pros

One thing I value is that invited users can sign themselves up and I like how this removes extra setup work while letting me easily start video conversations and pull simple feedback afterward.

Cons

Every so often I run into a glitch where a member of our recruiting team connects with another employee by mistake instead of the intended candidate. Still, in my experience these were isolated, one-off issues that didn't take away from the overall quality of the event or my impression of the platform.

easy candidate sourcing

Pros

Overall finding candidates felt easy and I was pleased that I made a great number of hires through it.

Cons

At first, I didn't really like the messaging, it felt awkward and not very convenient.

clean interface with live chat

Pros

What stands out to me is the clean interface and useful tools and I really like that candidates come directly to me through live chat.

Cons

Sometimes, I've found technical glitches when using the live features. From my perspective, the live broadcast controls could use work, they feel clunky and would benefit from better management and reliability improvements to make live sessions smoother.

simple navigation

Pros

Navigation feels simple and I can move around the platform easily while still accomplishing everything I need to do.

Cons

I had trouble logging in. When I clicked the link provided it kept taking me back to my previous session which was confusing. I hope they fix that glitch so it doesn't happen again.

Performance issues with large groups

Pros

From my point of view the platform has a strong foundation and I like features such as booths, timed sessions and note-taking especially when paired with other tools.

Cons

Once attendee counts hit the 700�900 range, I noticed lag, missing features and a security issue where someone else's profile appeared instead of mine.

Instant responses, enjoyable use

Pros

During my use everything felt easy, responses were instant and I had an overall enjoyable experience while using it.

Cons

It was unclear whether the issue came from the platform or the organizer but I ended up receiving many applicants whose interests didn't match the positions I was hiring for.

Flexible chat control

Pros

In conversations, the platform feels flexible and I like that I can keep chats short or extend them while guiding candidates toward applying.

Cons

When my internet connection drops I can't maintain a chat session which often leaves the candidate confused about the process.

tough to upload resume!!

Pros

For event logistics, the platform is useful and I like that it allows me to register attendees and share resumes without relying on printed materials.

Cons

Uploading resumes isn't easy and I spend a lot of time fixing entries by hand, at busy fairs, I usually need a dedicated recruiter to manage corrections.

Pros

What I appreciate most is how easy it is to build a landing page and showcase current openings and I find it a refreshing way to connect candidates with recruiters.

simple for recruiters and applicants

Pros

From my experience, the software is incredibly easy for both recruiters and applicants to navigate and I like that the interface feels clean without being overwhelming.

Cons

Sometimes candidates enter more than one chat during the same session and I notice it creates situations where people we haven't spoken to yet end up waiting unnecessarily.
