Pros
If you're searching for a virtual event management platform, Radancy is the one. Its features and continuous upgrades are supreme. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to host virtual events. The candidate management system is outstanding, gathering all the necessary information and fully customizable to fit your needs.
Cons
The only drawback is the cost, but this is not a huge issue as you truly get what you pay for.

“Great Platform Highly Recommend
Pros
Radancy platform lets me review chat transcripts after conversations with candidates end. It also offers a complete view of resumes, allows me to pause, jot down summary notes and decide when to continue chatting. This is hands down the best platform I've used as a recruiter for engaging candidates virtually. I can't recommend it enough.
Cons
I don't have any major dislikes. However, I'd suggest Radancy provide quick user videos and consider adding a feature that lets you message participants after chats have ended.

“Radancy is a must have for today's recruitment environment
Pros
The registration process is simple and communication whether through video or chat with participants during the event is continuous.
Cons
There was no way to transfer a participant to another booth. They had to go back to the lobby and click on the new booth themselves which could cause them to just leave instead.

Pros
The platform is very user-friendly and makes chatting with a lot of people in a short time fun. It boosts our candidate pipeline and helps us share more about who we are with others.
Cons
I wish there were more attendees. Most of the events I've represented had a steady flow of candidates but the most recent one had low turnout. Maybe better promotion before the event would help.

Radancy is super easy to navigate. I've both hosted and participated in a job fair with it and both experiences were smooth and hassle-free.
Cons

The registration, website integration and overall registration processes with Radancy are far ahead of its competitors. Our exhibitors mainly like the one on one scheduling feature, which makes our events far more appealing compared to what our competitors offer.
Cons
It takes a few attempts to master the platform but investing the extra time to learn it well is definitely worth it.

The app is just so easy to navigate which makes a huge difference when you're trying to get things done on the go. I've found it especially helpful for connecting with candidates quickly without any back-and-forth delays. Everything loads smoothly, messages go through instantly and I never feel like I'm digging through menus to find what I need. It's definitely made staying in touch with people a lot less stressful and way more efficient.

During setup I found the process easy and I was able to move between booths at a fair without any trouble.

From my experience the tool is incredibly user-friendly.. it just makes sense right from the start. We used it for a virtual event recently and honestly it worked like a charm. Everything ran smoothly, attendees didn't run into any confusion and I didn't have to play tech support every five minutes. It handled the whole thing smoothly which is exactly what you want when you're managing an event online. Always a good sign when the tech fades into the background and just works.

What stands out to me is how this tool elevates recruiting overall and I genuinely love how effortless it is to access and use.
Cons
In my experience it doesn't run nearly as well on Internet Explorer as it does on Google Chrome which has caused some annoyance when I've tried to use it in that browser.

Before the pandemic, I saw this platform help us reach candidates comfortably and I value how it supported virtual fairs and kept hiring on track as features continued to improve.
Cons
I'll say the biggest drawback I've experienced is how dependent each event's outcome is on the marketing push behind it. In my experience our events performed far better when we invested extra time, manpower and budget into promotion so weak marketing tends to limit how successful a session will be.

From my perspective, the platform is one of the simplest tools I've used and I barely needed training to run effective virtual job fairs that boosted hiring.
Cons
As someone who has only been using it for a short while the only issue I have is with the chat scheduling and its timing which doesn't always suit me. Since I'm still new to the platform though I'm confident that as I get more familiar with it the timing will become less of an issue and should improve over time.
